I could not nor would not recommend this company until they improve there customer service people. The sells and install people were very good and did a top notch job. Have had the system in place for well over a year and only have had 3 or 4 months that my bill was at the connection fee of $13.50. Contacted Sun Solar 6 months ago to see if there was something wrong with the system since my bill continued to grow each month and was asked to bring my bills in so they could look at them, I did so and after 2 months no response... read more

got panels on the roof. so now the system isn't working. we have to pay both cu and the solar panels and this company send no one out to find the problem. 3 weeks and no energy production

RecommendedI love Sun Solar .We've had it for 2 years and my solar system has saved us more money than we excepted. This past summer we had monthly credits instead of $300.00 plus bills. Living on a fixed income is easier now. Thank You for your great service!!
How about instead of insulting a customer, listen to their complaint. I was trying to tell "Terry" why I didn't want you guys to contact me anymore, but he instead, said I must have mistaken him for someone eles. So instead i'll leave my complaint here. can't imagine what this summer would have meant on my electric bill without our solar panel system. while many houses around me was North of $500 ours wasn't even close to that. so glad to have the sun working for my energy. best renewable energy source that God has provided. Get it checked out.

We installed 79 solar panels on our Animal Sanctuary building. We have been very happy with our Solar panels. Not only are they great, but we recieved the absolute best service from start to finish that I have probably ever recieved from company. From the sales person (Jen) to the installers and everyone in between. The people we extremely friendly, hard working and always responsive. Our project had several unique challenges and we could not have been happier with how Sun solar took care of us. High Tails Animal Sanctuary

The system works well but the financial end is very deceptive. I was led to believe that I would benefit from their solar system. Instead of saving money, I will have to pay $12,600 on the system to keep my energy cost at $100 per month higher than before Solar. Buyer beware!

I have called three times no return call..I even called the salesman that I bought the system from still no call back, now the app that shows how much power I'm making states I'm making 0 watts and the sun has been shining all day. After not getting any help I'm beginning to question the hole set up...first I didn't question where they put the panels, because it was different than the paper work I received, the installers told me they have to put them on how they think the panels should, so I let that go.
