RecommendedJeremy and Erica have been so easy to work with. They are always available through email or phone. They take the time to explain the steps to go solar. Jeremy did our consultations and explained how solar works, what the best set up would be and helped us make the jump to solar complete. We have yet to have our panels installed because we are still in the construction phase. I looking forward the having our panels Installed and see how our solar electric looks over the next year vs stand electric.

be more up front and honest about the loans and how much you pay for how long. Also be honest how much you will save each month. Loan costs each month plus what you will pay for your electric minus solar savings is what you pay each month for electricity...how long till paid off

Jeremy Brookman, a representative with Sun Solar educated me and my wife on the benefits of sealing our home. Sealing our home has prevented loss of heat and air conditioning through many different areas of our home, resulting in saving dollars on our energy bills. I had a nice meeting with Christina. I learned a lot a lot solar energy and how it can help save a whole lot of money while saving the planet. There is a reason Ameren pays you rebates, you get tax write offs and so many companies areusing solar. It was fun, too.

From sales to installation to engineering the professionalism was high quality. After a three October average of 61% of total production coming from solar power generation I know that my bill and my carbon footprint are both reduced. You do have to ask for information. It is not freely given. But they give all information that you need when you stay persistent. Sun Solar is about making it real, so just ask!

From the moment we met our salesperson, Jen, straight through to all our crazy questions to her, Erica, Corrine & Josh before and after install and even when there’s been a mistake... this company is top notch! They truly care about the customer! It’s hard to find a corporation like it these days. I tend to panic when something doesn’t go like I expected, but not with this group! I ask questions and get answers I can understand. They get all 5 stars from this family!

Customer service is terrible, they will mislead you regarding your savings and blame extreme heat for poor panel production. You will not save money. It takes 2-3 weeks to get a call back with issues. We have had our panels nearly two years and only had a few months where we might have saved money or broke even. Do not purchase panels from this company. We were so excited about this and it has been nothing but frustration and money loss.
