RecommendedSun Solar Team, Your tech William is magnificent!!! He know, and fixed\\adjusted the issue I was having. He’s super knowledgable and friendly. It was awesome talking to him. William make the Powerwall go from 11 out of 10 to 15 out of 10! The powerwall is doing it’s super awesome stuff now. It’s far more than just a battery backkup. It balances solar, grid, and Tesla car charging. Just in case it’s not obvious enough...I am SUPER happy! Thank you for sending William to do is stuff.

customer service is beyond amazing. have had the greatest experience with them. checked my app yesterday and it showed I was not making any power and they sent a technician to the house in less then 24 hours and had the issue fixed in under an hour. Ted Keller was our salesman and he was outstanding. pretty cool buying panels from a guy I used to watch tell the weather everyday when I was younger. Just a stand up business and I recommend every one to your company thank you again!

I love Sun Solar. They are always on top of our solar and they know when there is an issue before we do. They are fast to react and call us to keep us informed. Customer service associate Ciera Flowers calls me anytime service has been rendered or is needed. I strongly suggest going solar and using Sun Solar for all of your solar needs!

I recently had an issue monitoring my solar system performance. I was fortunate to have been connected to Britny. She was very professional, friendly, concerned, thorough, and followed up on activities to resolve my issue. Britny definitely gets 5 stars for her performance. Sun Solar is fortunate to have someone like her, she is customer service.

Everything, they are very helpful, work with you in everyway, friendly, easy to talk to, very helpful before, during, and after installation. Britny Hufft will stay in touch, answer your questions or get the answers to your question if she does not known. I have been producing electricity since December 31, 2019.
