My husband has always been interested in reducing his “carbon footprint” and we’ve talked about going solar for several years but none of the options seemed right for us until Sun Solar. The process was easy and we have been enjoying solar energy for about 6 weeks now. We highly recommend Sun Solar to everyone who asks us about our solar panels; we are the first house in our town of 4,400 to go solar. Also, I love the app where I can check how much energy we have produced and the amount of CO2 emissions we have saved!

Went solar in Spring of 2018 with Sun Solar. Super easy process, extremely nice to work with and could not be happier with our results! Our electric bill went from $200-$250 each month to around $20-40! Absolutely no difference in power usage (we still use same electronics, etc). Seriously don’t hesitate to go solar with them! Well worth the investment!

Sun Solar made getting into solar energy super easy. Every part of it was easy, because they took care of pretty much everything, from the energy surveys and energy audits to the installation and the financing. Cost-wise, we got our solar energy system installed just like they said - zero down, with pretty much zero net negative impact to our budget. We had our panels installed in September. We still are not able to use them...
From sales to installers, a great bunch of people. They made this easy for us to understand, the benefits, & NO high pressure sales.
I am very disappointed with the customer service provided by SunSolar. I have had issue after issue. I was referred and excited at first, but it has turned into a huge hassle. Not to mention the miscommunication and lack of communication. I have reached out with my concerns, and at this point an apology only goes so far. I will say that they did make an effort to communicate to me that I owed them the rebate check from my electric company 👏 .
