If you are trying to Budget to save for a house then Sumter Square is a great option without a big sacrifice of space. The townhouses have space behind for comfortable patio relaxing and the pool and other amenities are nice. That being said you will be sacrificing many comforts for budgeting purposes. The buildings are old and upon move in the move in list can be extensive. Each apartment needs plenty of work and if your OCD then this is not the place for you. For a overall raising I would give it Good Enough.

Staff is super friendly, the neighborhood is quiet, and maintenance issues are generally resolved within 24 hours!

When I used to live there my apartment was infested with roaches and they sent an incompetent spay company that never took care of the problem. The apartments are too small for the amount of rent you pay. The management doesn’t care about the upkeep of the property. I drove past the place and everything has gone downhill. Not worth your time nor money
Quite, spacious townhome!
I was treated with such kindness and respect,plus very understanding to various situations and they will work with you in any kind of capacity. My application was easy and my move in was even easier. I love my apartment I feel very comfortable in here. I have no complaints very clean and very quiet area.
