I reached out just before the August bank holiday, not expecting a response until after the weekend. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and managed to fit me in — my leaky radiator was fixed before the holiday was even over! On top of that, he kindly repaired my bathroom sink plug without being asked. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient — I’ll definitely be using their services again.

Dean saved us on the bank holiday weekend ! There was water coming through the ceiling my daughter called me in panic on the Friday evening after returning from work as her downstairs bedroom was flooded and we couldn’t turn off the stop cock !!! I made many calls with no one to help as it was getting so late ! Dean said he would call me back as needed to get his young children looked after to get round . Great work from Dean, not only did contact the bathroom company Roper Rhodes to confirm the correct part, fitted it perfectly with the minimum of fuss. Brilliant service, good prices and therefore highly recommended.
