My family and I have been unable to eat here 4 out of 5 times due to inaccurate wait time quotes and the restaurant being unwilling to take reservations. Once, the restaurant was supposed to be open for lunch but was inexplicably closed. The customer service is sorely lacking and the management needs to seriously reconsider their policy on reservations. We don’t plan to go back any time soon. It’s unfortunate there aren’t many hibachi grills in Wichita anymore.
The service was slow, and everyone except for the chef was very rude. We’ve never had such a horrible experience here. We won’t be back.
Worst customer service. The owner is very mean and disrespectful.
Waited 2.5 hours after being told the wait would be 1 hour. We saw several people who had been waiting less time than us get seated ahead of and the hostess told us it’s because they knew the owners. The food after the extremely long wait was mediocre at best. We will NEVER go back!
People are rude. Told that are wait time will be longer due to a roof leak which the owner knows about, but not fixing. What a dumb owner. only reason we come here is for the garlic fried rice. Used to be good service. Bar full of dirty dishes. Gross
Just left without eating. When we arrived, we were told it would be a 30-40 minute wait. After 2 hours, we had soup and salad and nothing but poor service. When we asked to talk to the manager, conveniently, the manager could not be found. When she finally came to the table, we explained how unsatisfied we were and the manager’s response was “Um, OK”. We finally got our check for drinks and sushi and left. Absolute last time we will eat here!!
Took someone out for a birthday dinner, ate in the sushi area on a slow Monday night. The food was tasty, but the service was pathetic. The server (Alexis) basically dropped off food periodically and ignored any other aspect of her job - such as refilling empty glasses, checking to make sure the food she dropped off was correct/good - it was the wrong nigiri - or offering a second cocktail or dessert. I was there last night. 2 hour wait. I got there at 5:30. Horrible service and a dirty restaurant. The portions are really small now. The salad barely had lettuce in it. mainly croutons. I won’t be back.
