Customer service sucks! Been trying to make reservations and they don’t answer.
Extremely disappointed in this place. Have been supporting it for years. Call to place a to go order and am told they are too busy to take to go’s. Highly doubt they are busier then before the pandemic. They always took to go’s then! In a time when they should be encouraging take out they really dropped the ball!
Worst experience and I LOVE this place. The manager or whoever she was told us to let her know when our whole party arrived. Our names got called and so after we get sat they are pissed we are waiting on two people. They said I need to call and get there order, I reminded the lady that she told us to let her know when last person arrived and I never did so that mistake is on them. The worst experience I’ve had in while, we normally love driving over an hour to have delicious food and great service but after today I’m at loss for words. We made a reservation for 7:30 which we were on time for, we told them we would be at the bar and Brittany the manager maybe bartender whom was taking shots with us was very rude and unprofessional. This place has gotten spoiled by their success. Just look at the recent poor reviews. The customer service here has gone downhill. They act like they couldn’t care less if you stay or go. Tonight my daughter tried to call and call AND CALL for a takeout order and no one picked up. When she got there, they were rude and told her they were too busy to make a take out order. We called and called and called and called and called to see their covid protocol. They never answered. It’s not posted on their website. Went to their door and it’s reservations only. Very disappointing. Poor customer service.
Just had dinner at Sumo tonight, there was roaches 🪳 at our table !!!
I would give this place 1 out of 5 stars only being saved by the chef and the food. I called the day before for a 10 top (max for one table) so there was no need to wait for others to fill in. It took 40 minutes to be seated and they were not busy. There were only three other cars in the parking lot. If we were sat on time there would have been at least $100 more in alchohol sales, even if we had to wait on the cook. The hostesses were all dressed inappropriately they were in hoodies.
