The service is extremely slow. If you get there after 6:00, you won’t leave until 9:00 or even 10:00. The food is decent but not worth a 3 hour wait. 👎🏻👎🏻
Disappointed spent $150 for 4 to eat ... main issue was cleanliness the grill area was dirty... an air filter fell from ceiling right by our table making us look up and see how dirty the ceiling was ... the chair backs were greasy ... our ginger sauce was frozen and you could see fingerprints on the sides of the dishes they were served in ... cook (whose shirt was dirty)forgot to cook my salmon had to wait and everyone else was finishing up eating .... the pretty pond in front was full of trash ... needless to say our favori... read more
It was 81 degrees when we arrived and was up to 83 by the end of our meal. We were all dripping wet in sweat and miserable. The cook was complaining about the temperature as well and constantly using his arm and back of his hand to wipe sweat off. The staff seemed they could care less about it. Last summer it was the same way so they are not making any plans to fix it. We were hoping for a change. On 03/30/2019 almost 3 hours wasted & walked out without eating. Got skipped over on the wait list for what appeared to be manager favoritism. We were told an hour & a half for a party of 3 but after 2 hours we got seated after calling them out on playing favorites. Finally got seated waited another hour never saw a cook. When had enough & told manager we were cancelling order & leaving & she smirked & didn't give a sh**. My husband and I went here several times so we wanted to celebrate our 8 year wedding anniversary here too. It is sad to say it was definitely the worst service I have ever had. when you go to a place like this you don't expect to have the meal not 5 star or to wonder if you waiters went on a break because they didn't refill the drinks. It was not busy at all either, however, there was a lot of visiting between staff. I would recommend not going during the week.
