My husband and i just left after waiting over an hour and we kept hearing parties get called that had not been there but 15-30min. my husband approached 3 times asking when it would be us getting called and yet they still called people that arrived after us. very poor business skills we will not be back. let me clarify, we arrived saturday at 4:05pm.
How dare you guys say you’re open on Valentine’s Day and make me crave your beautiful and delicious extra-buttery fried rice... and not be open. How awful.
I recommend this place over and over. The cook in the photo is by far the best cook we’ve had. He has a great sense of humor and he always cooks everything spot on! When he’s not there, the place just isn’t the same for us. We will miss him and his great customer service he provides us with. When a cook can remember our birthdays....that says something! Great place!
What an incredible night at Sumos!! I will definitely be coming back to Kansas to experience the delicious menu and exception drinks. Thanks for an awesome evening!!
We were sat very quickly but the chairs were filthy, the menus they laid on our dinner plates were disgusting, both covered in stains and old food. Item on the drink menus were crossed out. Seems like there’s no management whatsoever. We excused ourselves and left, if they think it’s ok to set menus stained and soiled onto a guests dinner plate I’m concerned how things are handled in the kitchen. We will never return.
Dirty. Boxes and junk everywhere. Decided to give it a chance despite the obvious red flags (stupid me). Sat at the bar and put in a drink order. Was immediately asked for a credit card upon the arrival of my drink. Told them I was eating dinner at the bar. After a short back and forth, they insisted they still wanted it. Paid cash for my drink and left. Won’t be back. Probably dodged a bullet.
Worst service ever, been here almost 3 hours.
