Had a stand get minorly damaged in a storm, need a support to replace. Spoke and emailed with customer service. Was told coldly both times that they cannot get me parts for ladder stands at all! The stand is less then a year old and they still make the model. This shows that this company does not care about their customers. If you loose or need a part for one of their ladder stands forget about it. They want you to go buy a new one. Shameful business practices
