RecommendedI love our Summit stands and blinds. We use them all season long with no issues. Would love to see them join us with our US military veterans hunting program, Hunting with Hoosier Heroes.
No replacement parts, terrible website, and customer service is not very friendly.
got a stand from academy with no harness, no carrying straps and no strap connecting the lower and top part. true safety issues. contacted summit and they said nope you SOL you need to purchase it from our website. long time customer they lost over 30 bucks..
RecommendedI’ve used a summit climber for 20 years and it’s still good.
Customer service is very rude and will ignore your request to speak to a manager. And evidently they do not offer replacement parts for their ladder stands, so once those plastic parts break your S.O.L. unless you make your own parts.. Very disappointed in the Summit of today. I've been purchasing their stands for around 15 years but it looks like they have turned away from customer satisfaction.
