fast set up time of my climber
While tree stands are great products your customer service is atrocious. I have a two year old stand that I have had for 2 years with very little use and always well taken care of. The paint is chipping off in multiple spots. I was told by your service department via email to guy buy a can of spray. My second concern which is that the foot keeper has medal ends which are scratching and removing all the paint, was never even addressed. I asked if there had been an approved product and nothing. love the stands i have a 180 max i have been using it since 2011 its super comfortable lots of room easy to pack in an out i feel super safe in the stand
Anyone know how to track my orders
I have got two summit Titans and now a two man vine stand and a crunch solo ordered. The quality is by far exceptional and I trust these stands to my children and spouse to utilize. Great stands whose knowledge of safety and performance speaks for its self. Will purchase again.
I have waited on hold 3 times for a total of 45 minutes, only to be hung up on! I ordered a safety harness 2 weeks ago and do not have a tracking number or a harness.
customer service is just about the worst out there. I ordered a harness for my fiance 2 weeks ago and I still have yet to hear from them. ive emailed, called and tried to contacr through face book. I dont vare how good their stands are. I would never buy one!
lightweight and comfortable. I had the razor before I moved out of the country and it was great. I just purchased the viper and have yet to use it but I sat in it for a little bit to test it and it seems comfortable as well. we will see how that lasts on a long hunt.
