Well I bought a viper SD stand. In August and went to use it in October. Seat ripped. Call them had me send them pictures. Gave them address of deer camp told them would only be there for a week or two. Never got it after a month. I called them back. Told them about it. Had me send them new pictures and my address. Now to find out they send it to a place its 4 hrs away and want me too drive there and get it or contact someone at address to have them to send it to me. Very bad company service and very bad quality

Viper xxl. I would have given a 5 but the material used for the new seats is just terrible....too thin and not very robust. First time use, the stitching riped the seat but contacted customer service and they are sending a new seat😁. I wish the seat covering was made out of denim or a stronger fabric.
I've sent an Email, I've called 4 times and waited on hold for 25 minutes each time, and sent a Facebook message in regards to ordering a product, with concerns to issues. NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME, looks like I am taking my business else-wear. Thanks
The titan is the best biggest baddest tree climber for the money... easy to use. comfortable quite first time i used it hammerd me a 19 inch six point with a 25 inch neck...
