I called 5 locations, before I reached Ben at SRV. I explained to him what I wanted and needed. He gave me all the details, answered all my questions, and was waiting right at the door when we pulled in! I've never had a more smooth, accommodating transaction as I did with Ben and SRV! They'll always be my go to from here on out! Thank you SRV for making not only myself and husband happy but our 9 year old baby boy also!!
Summit RV was very easy to work with. The staff was great, from the minute we walked into the door to the minute we left with out new 5th wheel camper.

we went to a competitor first, Caudills in wheelersburg Ohio, there were rude and very disinterested. when we came to summit RV we were greeted warmly. the staff listened to what we were looking for and helped us accordingly. No high pressure and no pushy sales staff. We bought our toy hauler there. We would highly recomend them.
The sales department worked together in a timely manner to bring about a respectable deal that I was satisfied with.
Great experience purchasing our 2019 Transcend 26RLS. From Sales, Parts, Service & delivery it was a smooth transaction! Our tech even managed to install our add ons (max air vents and backup camera) same day! So glad we decided to buy local! Thanks!
Bought this camper and have had nothing but trouble with it from day one water heater won’t work window won’t work oven doesn’t work right.there service department had told,me and my husband nothing but one lie after another about it being fixed they have had it for couple weeks I bought it last September and been making payments on it since then got to take it out twice and had to use the bath house then they told me it would be fixed and ready to go by our anniversary on June 2 for our camping trip to the Smokey’s that was... read more
