Their service department sucks. Their service manager is a jerk. We took our 10 1/2 month old camper there for an insurance repair. It took nearly 5 months to get our camper back due their faulty delays of not ordering parts correctly or billing insurance properly. Then to get our camper back with a water leak. ���� I can't get resolve other than we get the blame, it could not possibly be there fault, and we will have to pay $129 an hour labor rates to get it fixed!!!
Thought it would be better to buy from a big camper sales department. Think again people! Shop Local! Bought a small pop-up camper from them, this is the 3rd we have owned. Brought it home and put it up for the first time and the cables and pins broke inside of it. They blamed it on us and said it was how we put it up. This wasn't the first time we've ever put up a pop up camper! All they were worried about was the sale. Shop local because small mom & pop sales will take care of you after the sale. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. We have bought several and Summit has always treated us right.
I bought a new 28 ft camper for them. When they word deliver in it they broke the jack on the front of the camper. They did bring me a new one that every time you jack it up or back down the end of the Jack falls off they assured me that's just because it's heavier Duty. 1 months later the radio stops working call the service department and they want me to bring it an hour and a half back to them to fix the radio.
