The worst experience ever. As we are walking up to the door and man says in a VERY condescending manner "what can I help you with" My husband says "we're interested in buying a pop-up but just wanted to look around". The man says "there's nothing in there then they're all locked up outside" not an offer to allow us to look at anything or offer us a shopping guide! What a jerk!!! Happy New Year to ya buddy! We stopped in to look at campers and couldn't get anyone to give us a prize or even open them up to let us look without giving them all our information, and why u don't need out information unless we for sure buy
Had a very good experience at Summit RV Sales, from the time I walked onto the sales floor until I was hooked up and on my way, everyone I encountered was professional and courteous. The sales staff, financing department, service, and parts employees are knowledgeable in their field and willing to help or answer any questions a person may have. I didn't represent a big sale to Summit, but I felt as though it didn't matter, they were there to meet my needs. Job well done.
We came to summit rv today to look at their used campers. We were told to just go on outside and someone would be with us soon. Mind you it was 33 degrees out and I had my son with me. We walked their whole lot and no one ever showed up to help us. I will never do any dealings with them.
We could not find any other dealer in Tennessee to give us the deal we were looking for. We found Summit RV on the internet. The sales and service was outstanding from the phone calls to the dealership to find the right camper we were looking for. We want to mention that Tony and Shawn was outstanding taking care of every detail from filling up the propane tanks to the gas tank and making the unit look very nice when we arrived they were like family. I picked my trailer up today after it was repaired. The repairs were perfect. The folks from service and maintenance were great. I ask them to look at a couple extra items and they jumped right in and fixed them NOW! What a superior bunch. You would have thought I was picking up a Mercedes or BMW the way I was treated. I will definitely send everyone that needs anything RV to Summit. Nothing beats a professional team working for you......Mike
