Bought a brand new camper and got to use it less than two weeks before it developed a bad leak. Summit kept it for over a month before deciding they couldn't fix it and finally sent it back to the manufacturer. In the meantime we've been left without a camper for the whole summer. We didn't pay a new camper price to end up with a refurbished one! If them and Coachmen really appreciated their customers they'd either do a buyback or trade-in for a faulty product.

Buying a camper from you all. I seen a camper that was bought from you. The person can’t even go camping do to so many problems with the camper. It has been there sense the 22 of last moth. Was told well if we knew it was warranty work we would’ve fixed it real good so they were told well if I had to pay cash then you would’ve fixed it well because the warranty work you’re doing isn’t even good!! So no think you.
Mark parts up 300% was told cannot give discounts on any parts!!! Been buying from them for 35 years my dad did too! Checked on new fridg 1897.00 bought from camping world for 1349.00 exact same fridg!!!!
