Matt was really good with all of us. My Mom first looking for me. He made videos and done lots of communication above and beyond. Then with me and my husband. He took the time and was very respectful of our time. He asked a few questions and was able to show us exactly what we were looking for. Everything about our experience with the purchase of our Grand Design Solitude through Summit RV was wonderful! This is our 2nd RV purchase and our experience with Summit vs.our prior dealership was so much better and worth the over 2 hr drive to the dealership. I have never in my life taken the time to write a negative review. However, I have never been treated with such disregard. Last year we purchased a 2019 Precept RV. We have had several issues with interior functions ie…AC not working, sinks leaking, tvs not connecting ect. Thats fine, these things happen. What is not fine is how they treat you after the sale when you need service. I understand COVID has flooded the camping industry but telling us it will be months before it can be brought in to even be looked at and then tol... read more
Summit RV is a great place to buy campers. Their sales team is very professional, courteous and easy going. They aren’t pushy, and they’re The most knowledgeable sales people you will ever deal with. They make the sales process simple, and are very thorough with their delivery and pickup procedure. I’d recommend all of their sales people, but if you’re looking for an exceptional person to buy from, that will take care of your family, ask for Duncan McCallister.
