Huge shout out to your parts and service team. We lost a vent lid in a rainstorm in VA. We used flex tape to get us to Kentucky. We stopped because of your great reviews. I expected good service, but I was blown away by how great and friendly everyone was. Your team got us back on the road quick with a couple tips since we are new to the RV life. Thank you for the amazing experience.
The way you treated me about the new battery you put ( way to small )for that size canper was just wrong. You wouldn't replace the battery after it failed. You also said you would look into it & call me & you never did that either. That just tells me you could care less. I've been a great customer for years buying 3 or 4. campers from you and truck toppers and with many other items and service. My opinion that makes poor business sense, over a cheap battery. We had a great experience with Summit. Brian, Tony, Regina, David and everyone else was so helpful and made our camping shopping easy. We’re excited for the memories that will be made with our family in our new camper.
Took camper over for warranty work. Fixed nothing that was broke. Replaced part that worked when we took it over. Sight of switch placement looks horrible. Will not support this business again.
