Just a little advise for anyone thinking about purchasing a travel trailer/5th wheel trailer or Motor Home...... Don’t purchase from Summit RV in Ashland!!! Their customer service and warranty department are terrible! They WILL NOT stand behind the products they sell. This was our 2nd purchase from Summit and our last.

RecommendedI needed a part for our older model motorhome and the local store close to me claimed they didn’t have part. Told me to call Summit...I did and Frank in parts was so super helpful! He had the part and was very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I drove almost an hour to get there, however anytime we need anything instead of a five minute drive, I will gladly drive the 50 minutes to go to Summit! Thank you so much for your help!!
bought a brand new 2018 Catalina legendary edition and it is turned out to be the biggest pile of crap I've ever purchased nothing but problems from the start and there's a service department so backed up they can't service it for months to come just feel stuck what this junk
Did not fix a major leak in the underbelly of my Pinnacle. after 3 months I found it myself. Along with many other minor fixes, the paper work said it was looked into. It was constantly ignored. all I was given for an excuse was "covid.." Do NOT BUY FROM SUMMIT. if anyone wants to contact me about Summits service please direct message me. I will be more than happy to help. you must become an expert in the camper you choose because they have dipshits running the service department.

Great selection. Great people.
At Summit they have a week-2 week wait to pick up a camper that’s in stock. So we just went next door and purchased one and drove off the lot with it. Summit salesman said he doesn’t know of any RV stores that offers same day service....they do 1/2 mile down the road plus they don’t mandate a purchase of a leveling hitch at $500 before you leave the lot. A 26’ camper pulled by a 3/4 diesel doesn’t need a weight distribution hitch it’s just an up sale. Very disappointed!
This place may have the worst customer service I have ever personally experienced. They were really rude and it’s almost impossible to get them to work on your camper. Would not recommend. Go to a place that cares about their customers!!! This place deserves ZERO stars on customer service! They just want to make the sale and move on to next person
