If I could if these guys 0 stars I would. The worst experience I’ve had ever! There was mould in my room and on my clothes which they didn’t do anything about for 6 months. Some of my new suits I had to get rid of Really bad customer service and living conditions. They just didn’t care about much you had to say, they don’t have an actual office which doesn’t help and their number on the website doesn’t work and their mobile number is always engaged so you can not get hold of them! AVOID this agency at all costs!!!!!
Terrible company!!! Avoid at all costs!! As a foreigner I will avoid, as they automatically think you don’t know the system and try to take advantage. Aside from the several bullying tactics while I was there, they also sat on my deposit. No hassle paying my deposit/rent, but since I left the property, I applied to get my deposit back on DPS and it required this agency to respond to the claim request but all they’ve done is stall and toss me around. Look out for a name called Sophie there too. They are all thieves.
Sophie is an saint at her job being a new renting shes been really good with keeping me in the loop and allowing me to understand the process of renting :)
It’s not often I leave a review but Sophie is an absolute pleasure to do business with. Really friendly and very hard working. Always there to aid whenever there’s an issue but even when it’s just a query. A standout employee with Summit Property and much much quicker and more proactive than anyone else by a landslide. Brilliant customer service.
I lived in a shared room with Summit Property in Brighton for a year in 2020, and it was a great experience! Calum, the agent, was super professional, always helpful, and made sure to choose the right housemates. Highly recommend them!
