I took my car to Summit Pl., Kia for myclutch and years later I still am having trouble they put the wrong part and they broke the housing they’re going to fix for something else that was not tdid not need to be fixed I am not happy
They have the most annoying commercials on the Radio. Everything it comes on I can't change the channel fast enough.
Once you take that obnoxious La Bamba themed kia commercial off the air, I'll take this review off the internet. Seriously, who approved that atrocity, let alone kept it on the air for months and months?! Has that band sued you yet? SEEIOUSLY NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Currently have uneven wear on my tires due to NEVER being asked about an alignment I never knew I needed bc it was never brought up! Horrible place
Went in today to possibly trade in my car for a Kia. I’ve been hearing the commercials so I thought I’d give them a chance. Got there and spoke with the sales manager. After taking my info he asked me what I was looking for. I gave him a payment range and a couple vehicle options. He proceeds to say “you woman come in here with these lists, I’ll tell you what you need”. I was appalled! I know my budget and I wanted a certain car type, how does he know any of that?
