I would highly, highly recommend this dealership. After someone who went through a divorce after being married 27 years, I went in and spoke with Steve the salesman, he was amazing... And I felt so comfortable with him. To my surprise they were able to make the magic happen. I walked out of there with a 2018 Kia Forte, and a smile from cheek to cheek. Don't think they will help you with bad credit. They will try to get you to agree to a huge down payment with a huge monthly payment that you probably can't afford(if you could afford it, you wouldn't be struggling with bad credit). Also, will add around a dozen hard inquiries to your credit report to make it even worse when you go shopping elsewhere for a car. They JUST WANT TO MAKE A SALE......My salesman even advised us to allow a repossession of our vehicle to be able to purchase from them. What a joke.
I love my new KIA and its all thanks to Anton! My father and I really enjoyed working with him. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, it really helped us feel welcomed. My father and I could not be happier with our new cars. I will be recommending Summit Place KIA east to those i know looking for a good car, and a dealership where the staff are nice and interactive. The best customer service - Rob has been great! And so comfortable I don’t even mind that I’ve been stuck here for 3 hours. I could come and hang out here just for the coffee and the WiFi.
Service was great. How ever I wish I wouldve done my homework better. I got a hybrid, and they are cold in the winter. The heat never stays on. I have to keep a blanket in my car during the winter. Windshield freezes up while your driving.
I had my first oil change and inspection on my KIA Soul and the service department was great. They even washed my car.
