how do you promise a customer lifetime discounted on oil charge and discontinue the program? From 10 dollars to 50 dollars. This is wrong this is one of the reasons I got the car. Have had nothing but problems sense I got my car.

My sons and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Scott Amon. He didn't try to get us into a payment we weren't able to afford . I went to get my oil changed and found out the 1st one is free. They had it done in less than half an hour. I have had nothing but positive actions from this dealership. I live almost an hour away but it is worth it. The service guy Rob is always helpful also.

Called about my key fobs not working. They said that they needed to be reprogrammed and it would cost $40. Took it in and they said $45. Told them they said $40 and they agreed. Guess they charge whatever they want. Then one was reprogrammed and the other didn't work. Ok no problem. 2 hours late the one that was programmed stopped working again. Called them up and they said I would have to pay another $40 to reprogram. I asked why since it only worked for a couple hours and was basically told I'm out of luck. I like Kia but ... read more

I purchased my first car from here in 2014 and second car in 2/2018. Our sales person was Joe Greene - he did a great job. We came back in 9/2018 to trade in my 2014 car. Every experience at Summit has been a positive one. I would recommend them to everyone and I will definitely be back myself.

I purchased a brand new kia from there. I was told it had full tank of gas, it did not. They will not refund my 1st full tank of gas. Once they have your signature on papers, they Don't care about you. Go some where else that cares after papers are signed.
