WORST service experience EVER , twice in same household in 2 weeks. No one knows what going on here. HIRE A NEW CREW STARTING WITH SERVICE MANAGER ALL THE WAY TO PORTERS ! They sure are quick to sell you a car though.
Worst customer service! After looking online at the SUVs available, I sent an email telling them what I was interested in, an SUV to lease with zero down and a payment under $200. Cameron Stocking reached out to me and we set up an appointment for Thursday, 8/13/2020, between 6:30 & 7:00. Again I told him what I was interested in and that I was looking for zero down and a payment of $200. He told me it wouldn't be a problem. My daughter and I arrived at 6:45. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM KIA! I bought my very first car from them, my car is stalling out and was informed it would be two weeks before they can run a diagnosis on the car and I HAVE TO LEAVE MH CAR THERE FOR THEM TO DO IT. I stated I need a rental and at first they stated it’s 45 a day but they went down to 20. But still my car is under warranty and it’s my only means of transportation. Wear a mask properly and maintain appropriate distance, care about customer, ease up on *heavy* sales pressure. Also, if you are Greg Jenkins, and you receive an email offering feedback regarding deciding to buy at another dealership, "No thank you" response probably won't help you improve. 🤦♀️
service dept is awesome and on time.
I’ve had a couple issues with my car. First issue was 3 1/2 months in and it was the motor mount. And they kept my car for 3 days. Now my trunk won’t close. I go there today and they tell me I have to wait for my part to come in. So I asked for a loaner they don’t have any available. The guy told me I’d have to drive it like that. Or I could tie it down. Not him I could...why do I have to tie rope around my brand new car? That’s a safety hazard. I have two small children that have to ride in the back seat of that car. I call... read more

A waste of a trip. I came 19miles in a uber thinking I would get a car since I was preapproved and Kia advertise Special financing for not good credit. Needless to say Brandon Harvey didn't do much to help me as I expected. I Really Don't Think He Was Interested In Helping Me. I Left very disappointed and still careless this morning
