They lie and they advertise no matter what you on your car they take your trade and no Matter what your credit is they will get in a car with a lower payment with no money down.so I drove 54 miles to there just for them to me that they can not help because what I owe car. Total scam
Do not fall for those letters saying they want to buy your car and get you into a new one. They overestimate the worth of your car way too much to get you to come in and come back saying your car is worth half of what was in the letter. Do not make the same mistake I did, blue book your car before you waste your time going there.
The service dept was excellent and fast. Love it
I just wanted to take a minute to thank Joe Greene. I came in 2 weeks ago and bought a new Optima. He made the process as painless as possible and handled everything from start to finish in a professional manner. I am very happy with my car and very happy with this dealership. There were a few hiccups, but Joe was there every step to handle it. I went back a few days later to have a key fob programmed and they snuck off with my car and washed it. Great team here.
