Each dentist I've visited has been successively more informative. This was third time I'd seen x-rays, but first time I'd seen photos, had a tooth-by-tooth analysis, and seen an overview of my successive dental work. As an informed patient, I am more aware of my mouth health, much more than the old "d'ya floss? OK, make sure you do from now on" model from days of yore. Everyone was very kind and friendly and very willing to help in any way.
I had Ivonne (I hope I spelled that correctly) and she was soooo nice! It's been 3 years since my husband and I have been to see the dentist (d/t work and school), but I kept my care there b/c of the staff and b/c I know I'm getting great care. Since my visit with Ivonne, I now use a water pik, use the ACT flouride rinse at night like she suggested, and brush for 2 min 30 seconds. She was great, informative, and very friendly. I won't let another 3 years go by again! Thank you all for great service and care!
I would prefer to know more about the tooth involved when called to make the appt. It was not as clear as I think it could have been.

the person who handles the dental insurance was not in - so I didn't have a discussion with her - but I was told she would submit the paperwork and they would let me know if there was a problem so I have no issues with respect to my answer to #3 above.
