The care is excellent, professional and friendly. Everyone from receptionist to Dr. Binder gets a rating of 10+ in my book. I've been to many dentists in the past - I am over 60 years old. This office tops the list.
Sorry I am terrible with names, I can't remember who saw me, but I wanted to let you that I am very impressed with the level of service I received at my appointment Tuesday. The staff was kind and helpful and my overall experience was excellent. Thank you Bob lavigne

Trinity was wonderful. Dr Hopek great work and care. Only thing is I would appreciate having Dr Hopek's handout ahead of time. I would have changed work schedule and been better prepared. Overall fantastic care.
Rebecca was amazing! She put my mind at ease and took me step by step through the process. The dentist (Chris I think) was wonderful and very helpful. Very welcoming and warm. Only thing that was a little off was the person assiting the denist, but It think I heard she was new. I was amazed at the positive and happy tone over the whole visit. Very welcoming!
There was a snow storm, the day of my appointment. I called before I left my house and was told the office was open and so I went. In retrospect, the roads were very messy. I think it would have been better if the office staff offered on the phone to reschedule the appointment.
I had a mess and I'll have the "team" do whatever it takes to keep me looking good.
