Friendly atmosphere and great service.
I have been going to Generations for some time and have referred most of my family there. I have acquired new insurance and was told that the Delta Dental plan I had was not accepted and would not cover any of my appointment, so the decision to end the appointment was made considering it was a $350 appointment. After a conversation with Delta Dental, it was determined that the billing staff at Generations were incorrect and should have accepted my insurance. I had Kori for my DH and she was awesome!! Very patient with me and made me feel relaxed!!!
Everything went very well, staff was very friendly as always. A very nice "family" feel - Thank You!
My hygienist, Angela, was amazing! I have serious anxiety about the dentist, and she was incredibly calm and went slowly, explaining everything she was going to be doing so that I had an opportunity to either ask more questions or take a moment to ready myself. The front office staff was very friendly, and Heidi, the Office Manager, took the time to ensure that I had all of the information needed and my questions answered prior to booking the appointment. This was by far the best dental experience I've ever had.
I met Masha? So nice and sweet and loved how conversational she was and it was just a great experience.
Everyone here is a joy to see. I always feel comfortable and it's always a professional experience with a personal touch. I'm confident in the suggestions they give, and is extremely helpful in explaining all of my options. My favorite part about this office is not only the staff but that they offer cosmetic treatments right in house.
Angela was awesome as always!
