I was very pleased with the way the office visit went. However, I still have the problem and will need to return.
I especially appreciated the care in which both the dentist and the hygienist dealt with my anxiety. My only complaint, if I have one, is that I am not able to call the office from my home phone which is unlisted. I cannot easily call from work and I don't hear well on my cell phone. If you could remedy the phone issue - then all would be perfect!
Masha was wonderful, as she made the appointment pleasant and comfortable.

QDP option is an excellent alternative. I will be reviewing your plan with my current one to make an informed decision as to whether to change or not to change. Thank you so much for that option.
There are times the wait time is not acceptable to me. I would expect 5 minutes but when it gets to 15 minutes or longer that is not right.
All good but could have used a little more discussion from dentist about urgency, or lack there of, and anticipated costs, of work recommended.
The QDP option is a great service and I will be reviewing and comparing your plan with my current plan to make an informed decision as to changing. Thank you so much for the choice.
