I transitioned over from a practice that I had been with for over 40 years, so I was a bit apprehensive starting with a new clinic. However, I was extremely happy with treatment, thoroughness and clinical expertise of Dr. Hagedorn and his staff. Everyone in the office was welcoming and friendly. I was tremendously satisfied with the services and the setting.

I was told that I had to have an x-ray; it cost me $112 but I don't know why I had to have it. My mouth and teeth are healthy and that cost too much just so you could have it "on file."
Kathy is outstanding - I've been seeing her for years, and to be honest, she is the reason I drive clear across town to continue at Summit. She is thorough, and delightful, too!
Whole staff was wonderful. Even though I had never been a pt before I was worked in to take care of the crown that fell off. Thank you again.

Thank you for fitting me in. The email system is great. One thing though: ON the website the only way to set up an apt online is to go through the NEW PATIENT page. Should be available for ALL patients SVP.
