All of you are great!!! Everyone is highly professional and yet very caring and friendly. There was a 15 minute wait after my appointment time, however it was no problem at all. I totally understand this just happens, and I know there have been times when you worked me in for an emergency appointment and this may have caused a short delay for someone else.
