The fill in hygenist was "just ok" she wasn't very skilled.
I refer everyone to Dr. Hagedorn. All of the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
This was dental cleaning and the hygienist is extremely competent and very good at explaining issues without being critical. I love to get my teeth cleaned by Natalie.
I like everyone I have met so far at Summit dentistry until I had my teeth cleaned. When Natalie cleaned my teeth she said I had receding gums due to not flossing! That was not the same message Dr H had when I visited him a month earlier. I feel that when a dental hygienist is poking around with a sharp instrument anyone's gums would bleed. I also think her flossing technique is too aggressive, and I don't see her point she was trying to make by over exaggerating the situation.
