Question 4 doesn't have a 1-15 minutes option. Waiting 14 minutes past your appointment time is still something you should know.

I have been to my share of dentist and Dr. Brad's office is now my favorite.
Hygenist asked me a question then walked out of room to retreive lead sheild, so I was talking to wall. I have very tough tartar and was just wondering why didn't use ultra sonic device instead of 100% hand scale? I asked about this and was told she had to hand scale anyway. Seems like blasting it first would help, but maybe not. Very competitent and good cleaning. Not overly friendly.
Everyone was kind and helpful. They always make me feel comfortable!
