I had a much better time getting my teeth cleaned than the last time. I felt much more respected by the technician than I had at my last appointment. As I have stated before, I do my very best to take care of my teeth. I don't feel it is a technician role to make a customer feel guilty while in the chair. This cleaning was a much more positive experience. I requested her again for my next cleaning.
I am blessed to have you and your staff take care of our dental needs. Your kind, thural, gentil, friendly and professional. I recommend you to all my friends.
Kathy always provides a good cleaning and explains any problem areas and how I need to deal with them. She's the best!!

All the staff at Summit Dental is exceptional. The receptionist is thorough and attentive, the hygenists are caring and down to earth, and Dr. Haggedorn is very compassionate and gentle. I feel so grateful to have such an awesome team on my side!!
Natalie is caring, kind and very thorough! Dr. Hagedorn is cheerful and very knowledgeable. I missed seeing Marnie.
An email reminder is fine a week ahead but multiple texts are not necessary. I'd prefer just that one email.
