I attended the free headaches workshop and found it really informative. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Reviewed before booking and paying a £100 fee up front as I was in in-bearable pain. I was told they could help. I attended an assessment appointment which can I say could have been included in the actual physical appointment. The clinic was NOT professional or personal, more like a beach bar in Ibiza. If I had not of paid the £100 up-front required fee I would have walked out. To see people being accessed and worked on is not private or what as a customer wants to see. Filled in a form before the first appointment with why I was there, what I was hoping for etc. Then went through all of it again with the practitioner. Why the form? Pointless waste of time. Much like the rest of the appointment. He went through my symptoms, including one I knew wasn't treatable here, once mentioned it was all he would discuss, but all he'd say is they couldn't do anything about it. I have visited both Hemel & Watford practices and they are excellent. Wasn’t sure what to expect on my first visit, well that visit unlocked my neck pain instantly. A few months on and my neck, back & hip movement, has been a drastic improvement. Not only that, my mood to has improved too. The staff are brilliant, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
