Avoid at all cost, classic bait and switch. One price advertised online once we got there the prices was 20% higher because of there “aftermarket fees”. This place is a circus ran by clowns.

My all around experience was poor customer service from the service advisors. They seems very disinterested in why I was there. The notes they took were incorrect. It's almost impossible to get someone on the phone. It you opt for the "call back" option, no one actually calls you back. Terrible experience. Had a negotiated price set up time of arrival and money wire. We had a 2 1/2 hour trip only to find out that they “supposedly” sold it that morning after an hour and a half of driving. Evidently there is no communication between three sales and a sales manager. Dealership charged a “inspection fee” failed to notice tires at ware indicators, brake disc so worn, cooling fins are gone, extremely damaged undercarriage. Also dealership changed advertising price after deposit was received. Strongly advise anyone that was charged a “inspection” fee to contact Nevada dmv I’ve also attached the Nevada law for anyone battling these tactics
