Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jake never pressured me at all regarding price or warranty options, was honest and up-front about pricing, and easy to contact. He was understanding when I almost walked away due to unforeseen financial challenges, but was available immediately via cell when I decided I was still in the market for a used vehicle.
