I was given a 2600 quote and told not to drive my jeep, it could overheat and do more damage. I just left a shop in Cashmere for a 2nd opinion and was told there was not an immediate issue. Recommendedwhen buying a car or any large purchase it's never fun or exciting. well it was neither of those at Alan Jay either but James and everyone else made us feel welcome with their friendliness and professionalism, we got our purchase done in a matter of hours and we were happily on our way down the road in our almost brand new truck. We still have enough money left to go to Orlando!

This dealership is a hot mess. Don’t walk away, RUN. My husband has had issues with them since buying his car in 2017. He dropped the car off for service this morning (10/24/2022) and hasn’t heard from them all day. Service dept says they’re open until 6 pm, it’s now 5:45 and we can’t get a hold of them. I bought my jeep over a year ago at this location and I recently had to bring it in for repairs and new tags. I was helped by a gentleman named Isaac. He was very sweet and wanted to help me get my car in and out at soon as possible. I dropped it off at 8am and got a call at 9:30 that it was done. I was amazed how fast they were and it was very affordable for what I was needing. I definitely plan on going back.
I never buying a vehicle from them never again they say they do 360 inspections on the cars and trucks when they don’t after 2 months owning the truck I had to drop it off at ford dealership for a rear differential repair,truck was in the dealership for a 3 weeks.The ford dealership did a 360 inspection on my truck and I need new brake pads and rotors for the truck after have the truck for 2 months.
