Took my van in for warranty work and one other issue. They tried to bill me for the work that according to Chrysler they also submitted for payment from them. The service rep and manager thought it was funny and decided that having a customer prove them wrong was the best way to go. This place refused payments for a truck that was good. Very hard to work with also wanted to hang on to the vehicle until the funds were clear and you still couldn’t pick up the truck. Manager was very hateful. I guess they don’t want to sell vehicles
