I had a very positive experience with Summit. The compressor on my wine fridge stopped working and Summit has agreed to replace the entire fridge, no questions asked. I dealt with Wanda who was polite, professional and responsive. I could not be happier with Summit!

Wanda was super helpful! I called in to schedule service for two appliances. Within 10 minutes she confirmed a technician will be out the next day to fix them. Now that's what I call exceptional customer service. Thank you Wanda!

Hilda Lee helped us and she was wonderful. Pleasant, informative and sincere. She demonstrated qualities that are often missing lately, she handled it in what I call, 'old school', with manners, quickly and never doubted what was going on why our original purchase. Never put us on the defensive. Great job.

After approx 1 year, unit was not cooling. They came to replace parts. Soon happened again. They came to replace motherboard (which they left hanging and not firmly attached) Finally they replaced the unit. Guess what, this time it got too cold and I can not get it to raise temp. Bottles and cans exploding everywhere. Has happened a few times after resetting the unit. Have been getting the run around from them for a long time now. We thought this was the appliance package which has turned into a complete nightmare. Summit Appliance does not back their product, distributors or even care about their consumers. Completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, concerns, or otherwise. Would not recommend this company Summit Appliances to pick up dog poop. They are terrible

Hilda Lee with Summit Appliances is fantastic and my "go to" every time we encounter issues with our Accucold small refrigerator used in our healthcare setting. We were having issues with it overheating and with daily, ongoing communication, along with emailing pictures, etc., we were able to find a solution. It ensured me we have everything in order as expected to care for our patients. Thanks Hilda for your availability and integrity in seeing this evaluation through to the end. You are awesome!
