I had an issue with my summit wall oven. I needed an igniter, and spoke with Olga in the parts department. She did everything she could go make my experience a pleasant one and when I received the part, only to find it was damaged in shipping, I called Olga again and while on the phone with her she ordered another one for me immediately. Olga is definitely a pleasure to deal with, thank you very much Olga.
Excellent customer service!! Needs parts for my ice maker, they were out of stock for the reed switch, luckily technical service name Emilio have one in his area that I can use. Appreciate Emilio for the help, he save my ice maker unit.
THE WORST EVER
I needed Parts for my older Summit Refrigerator. I called and Talked to Olga R. and she was exceptional in assistance. In today's world of automated voice help it was a real pleasure to immediately talk to someone well knowledgeable and especially helpful and friendly !! Olga is a Gem and I do hope she is well appreciated at Summit !! SteveC
Kudos to Hilda L and Chantal of Summit Appliances. They went out of their way to help me when my practically new medical frig was not working. Hilda seamlessly arranged for the return of the frig and had another one sent to us in record time. Both Hilda and Chantal were extremely helpful in the manner they dealt with this. This was a nerve wracking experience for our Research Company, but Hilda and Chantal both put us at ease with their friendly approach. I shattered my new stove top while getting installed for my new kitchen. I myself contacted Summit/ and Home Depot not knowing what to do. Things got messed up the wrong color top got sent however... I contacted them and an amazing associate figured out that they had opened two work orders home Depot had sent me the wrong top. And summit was sending me another one. The lady figured it all out and it's taking care of it getting me a new top the right color and a shipping label for other top! Thank you Nashalie
I called Summit Appliance in regards to my refrigerator not working and was on hold for about one minute, when Olga Rodriquez took my call and she took my info and immediately setup a service provider in my area to come to my house to hopefully repair my refrigerator

I have not yet actually received the refrigerator i ordered quite some time ago thanks to COVID-related delays, but it is expected to ship by tomorrow. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Barbara in customer service at Summit. She was beyond helpful -- the only person throughout a ridiculous process who was consistently helpful, above and beyond the call.
