Purchased a summit cooktop and it wouldn't heat up enough to cook anything. Called the company and spoke with Emilio in the service department, he called me from his personal phone so I could show him all the connections from the breaker box all the way to the unit. Turns out the electrician hooked it up wrong. Emilio asked if I was comfortable fixing it (I WAS) and now it works perfectly! What a great company! All service departments should be this helpful. Thanks again Emilio!

I purchased a Summit counter depth refrigerator and since day one it vibrates with a very loud compressor noise. The nolse is driving me crazy. Never agian will I purchase from Summit. I will post this on my FB page.
Back a little over a year ago (14 months) I bought two new appliances for my Boat. I also had to buy a special kit for the door to hold bottles etc. on the door because the fridge didn't come with this normally included fixture. A few months ago my wife noticed that the door racks had tarnished and this is because they were poorly finished in chrome that was now flaking off. I was a bit worried when i called up to figure out what was going on with my refrigerator and was told it was discontinued and so were the parts. However, with some extra effort (which is rare these days) Olga was able to find the parts required. The real shining star of this whole ordeal was Emilio in the service department.
