I contacted Customer Service at Summit Appliance for assistance with a faulty thermostat on a newly purchased wall oven. Yvette Victor was very professional and helpful following through with a replacement part as well as scheduling a service technician.
Sage was extremely helpful. He assisted me in a timely manner and was very thorough. All customer representatives should mimic him!
The top glass of a Zummit cooktop convection got broken and the effort to replace that part is very frustrating. Up to now, it seems they do not provide it. Any product like this that does not provide all the parts is a no-no to buy it. I am just going to throw it away. will buy something else. Never again from this company.
Worked with LaQuana C. regarding a wall oven. Even though that appliance place is not going to fix the oven, she was very helpful and called to find out who I should be reaching out to. She was kind and pleasant to talk to.
Laquana was VERY helpful. Took my info, followed up with me the next day and now we have an appointment for a technician to come and look at the appliance next week. I will definitely buy a SUMMIT appliance again. I love the support and warrantee department. Thank you!
I had a problem with an incorrect item being shipped to me. I called Summit and spoke to Olga Rodriguez who promptly resolved the issue and had the correct parts sent to me at no extra charge. She was very helpful and friendly. A very nice customer experience! Laurie S / Newport Beach, CA
I purchased an under-counter refrigerator. Last week the fridge rose to room temperature, and this turned out to be due to a coolant leak in the back of the fridge. The customer service was terrible and rude, in my opinion. I felt belittled by the management and was told the something I did caused the leak. I did not find this appliance to be durable and would not recommend anyone to purchase one.
Case#’s 797250 & 789552. My new Summit oven died after only 3 months of working. First I ordered a new igniter part but that did not get the oven cooking. So I ordered and received a new thermostat part but I still have not any luck igniting the oven. So sad. I’ve had two different appliance repair companies and the gas company come out here and no one can get this thing going.
