The receptionists here are very rude. They have zero customer service, zero patience and seem to get a kick out of making you feel/seem like an idiot for asking any questions. I’m lucky that I rarely go to the doctors, because I’d be feeling far worse if I had to deal with those awful women on a regular basis. So abrupt and no diplomacy or discretion. refused my usual medication after swapping to this surgery, doctor has left me in agony for months because his words "we do not give pain medication for chronic pain" what else is it for??? are they serious! I barely take any meds but i need pain relief available when necessary and they won't give me anything instead I have just had to spend £40 online which i cannot afford to purchase pain relief, absolutely disgusting. I can not fault this surgery at all, never had a problem with the receptionist who have always been very efficient and friendly whilst doing a very difficult job dealing with patients, as for the doctors I can't praise them enough when dealing with my mother, always manage to get an appointment when really needed it, most times on the same day, they take the time to explain and reassure her on the treatment she will receive. Doctors do not always have a magic wand
