Just visited gp. Yet, another doctor I've never seen before. She had no idea of my past medical history, my life story. However, her disdain was tangible, her flippancy a personal affront. I left feeling greater angst than when I arrived. Very reassuring to know my physical & psychological welfare is being taken seriously NOT!

The receptionist will blantently have you ringing out on the phone while they sit there I've witnessed this in several occasions on one occasion I drove down and called the phone and stated yes that's me calling you like I have been for the last 30 minutes they have now had a take over merged practice's DISASTER no quality of care no appointments no answering of the phones another money move made but yet no quality of care to patients

The worst I have ever come across.... my parents know more than them. I now have 3 examples of where action wasnt taken which lead to very poor health and could have lead to death. If I hadnt gone abroad to resolve this ....3 doctors couldnt tell a basic chichenpox diagnosis. As well as a pharmacist. My mum took one look via a camera and she could tell what it was.
