Receptionist and front desk workers need to be retrained on customer service. Absolutely horrendous job and an embarrassment for the rest of the company.
Love this place, drs and staff are fantastic.
If you are running late...for example my husband was caught behind a train today so was about 10mins late....they cancel and reschedule you even tho the office is empty and you took time off work! It's there policy if your 10mins late!
Jorge was phenomenal. He provided the most informative, caring, pleasant, thorough, pain-free, & educational dental experience. His passion for what he does shows, & I wish there were more like him, especially in an industry most dread going to. Dr. Marc Johnson & office staff were also very nice. Wonderful experience.
