When your name is Summer Life you wouldn't expect them to shut down in July. I ordered a bar in June and heard nothing for weeks, my emails were ignored. I did make contact with Kris who seemed to be in charge and the bar was delivered after 8 weeks, the delay being their shutdown. I ordered a Guinness logo but they painted on a Jack Daniels instead. Stay away from these cowboys , wood was rotten and warped and the roof was missing i had to buy extra wood to replace the bad and the missing wood. instructions are more than useless . never reply to emails, save your money look elsewhere!!!
Went to get a indoor bar this morning,hassle free,great sturdy bar. Would definitely recommend
Purchased the reclaimed modem bar directly from Summer Life and have to say the craftsmanship and customer service was excellent. We went for deeper shelves at a small extra cost which have added extra flexibility. The build is solid and sturdy, it weighs slightly more than a small elephant which adds to the quality feel. Diana kept us informed of progress from order through to delivery and always responded promptly to any messages.
Absolutely disgusted with the work you have done on my elderly aunties bar. Half Finished, holes in the roof, pieces of wood sticking out etc. A £100 shed would look better. the customer service has been shocking, they won’t even come and fix the mistakes and the attitude of the owner and secretary has been disgusting. We will go as far as taking legal action against this company.
