Was not pleased that i had to pay for rags for them to work on my truck 41 dollars is pretty steep for that i say
Bought a car, paid cash. Customer service stopped as soon as I drive off the lot...SMH What does it take to get service after the sale? Obviously $20+ check won't get it... If service department dose not step up my wife's graduation present will be bought elsewhere.

Great experience. Lisa got me in contact with Kirk on the Mercedes-Benz side. Was super low pressure, very friendly, and an easy process. I would highly recommend. Contact Kirk and he won't do you wrong. I will definitely be a return customer. The wife loves her new Mercedes-Benz!
Coty Morris was my salesman! He was awesome! Knew what I wanted for a little more than a month now, as soon as one came up he gave me a call and brought it to me at work to see it! And we closed the deal on my lunch break! Awesome experience, definitely recommend!
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to your service staff who went above and beyond on Feb 1. On my way to the Indianapolis airport to catch a flight, my Escalade shut down as i was preparing to get on 74 East from Decatur. Your staff got me in right away, fixed me up and got me back on the road. I made my flight by 20 minutes and was extremely pleased with the way i was treated and the service provided.
